# Safety

### Is explicit & sensitive content allowed on Artrific? <a href="#r9atyklg1drj" id="r9atyklg1drj"></a>

Explicit and sensitive content, like adult-themed and not safe for work (NSFW) content, is allowed on Artrific, but is meant for users from aged 18 years and older.

Artrific allows the creation and sale of this content but reserves the right to label it as explicit and sensitive content. This content will be handled differently than other content in search results to protect users with safe search while browsing Artrific.

### What can I do if my art, image, or other IP is being sold without my permission? <a href="#id-8pbeglkiyhs9" id="id-8pbeglkiyhs9"></a>

If you are requesting that a collection or item be taken down because it violates your copyright rights or other intellectual property rights, please send an email to <info@artrific.io> with the following information:&#x20;

* A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed. Please note that pseudonyms are not considered an acceptable form of signature.&#x20;
* Identification of the copyrighted or other protected work claimed to have been infringed. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. URLs linking to the specific items you assert are violating your rights are important to help us resolve your issue.
* Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, or email at which you may be contacted.&#x20;
* A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright or IP rights owner, its agent, or the law. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other IP right that is allegedly infringed.

### Verification collection conditions

* The submitted collection does not effectuate, enable, or facilitate any financial activities subject to registration or licensing.
* The submitted collection does not involve the payment of dividends, interest, financial rewards, or related benefits.
* No NFT in the collection is redeemable for ERC20s or financial instruments
* No NFT in the collection gives owners rights to participate in an ICO or any securities offering.
* No owner nor operator of the submitted collection has ever nor will ever use revenue from the project to conduct buybacks or “sweep the floor” of the submitted collection.
* The submitted collection’s website, communications, and marketing materials contain no promise of future increase in value.
* The submitted collection does not involve the pooling of funds across NFT owners.
* No NFT in the collection represents fractional interests in another NFT or set of NFTs.
* The submitted collection’s owners own or have licensed all IP rights (including trademark, copyright, and publicity rights).
* The project is not a spin-of, homage, or remix of existing work by another creator.
* The submitted collection will comply with the law of the US and other relevant jurisdictions.
* Neither the submitted collection, its owners, nor its operators are the subject of regulatory or government enforcement action or investigation.
* The person submitting the verification request is the actual author or an authorized representative of the submitted collection.
